TERMS & CONDITIONS

For Grillz:

-The moulding process takes 3-5 minutes to complete, depending on the outcome of the original mould another one may have to be taken.

-A deposit is taken prior to the moulding process, then is subtracted from the final cost of your set once the mould is completed.

-Prior to full payment your Grillz WILL NOT be started.

-The average processing time per set is 2-3 weeks unless stated otherwise, but is not promised.

Caps/ Grillz regularly fit onto the tooth without the need for any dental adhesives, however in some occasions this is not possible in which case we recommend either polygrip or fixodent to be used (can be purchased over the counter in pharmacies and select supermarkets).

-We do not recommend eating, drinking or smoking with caps on and cannot be held liable for any damage to the Grill or tooth due to this.

-If you have ordered a mould kit to complete at home, you are liable for the viability of the mould kit- if it is unusable or the cap does not fit due to the mould you will have to repurchase a mould kit or new jewellery.

-Once a mould kit is taken/ received we will hold is for no more than 2 weeks prior to full payment, if full payment is not received within this window you will either need to pay a holding fee or retake your mould.

General:

-We reserve the right to refuse service at any point during the ordering process.

-We do not accept any harassment, abuse or ill treatment towards our staff and as such if any are present we will refuse your service.

-Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our products.

-We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery, if fault with your purchase is due to manufacturing fault we will replace it at no cost.

-We are not liable for damage due to shipping or careless use of your product.
